One Response to Wanted: Your Feedback to State of the Union Address

The President’s SOTU address picked up where his inaugural address left off. His vision for a rebuilding America by offering educational and vocation training bridges into the middle class, immediate jobs through “Fix it First”, a minimum wage tied to the consumer price index, safety from gun violence, and tax reforms aimed at getting corporations and the the wealthy to pay their fair share are all necessary and doable steps toward an inclusive society. Part and parcel to this vision must be a democracy that brings into first class citizenship, new immigrants, and makes our electoral processes work equitably for all.
